Information Collection and Use:
The app does not require you to provide with personally identifiable information in order to be used, but some personal information can be automatically collected in order to use the app.
I (the creator of the app) do not sell, transfer or share any personal data to any third part, except for the limited scopes defined in this policy.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device.
Any text added by you by using this app will transfered to a remote server in order to be processed by the image generator model. This remote server
includes a crowdsourced distributed cluster of Stable Diffusion workers, under the name of Stable Horders. Please note that this service has its own privacy policy and terms and conditions (stablehorde.net)
and they can collect information such as, but not limited to, device ID and other identifiers.
The text added by you must never include personal data, sensitive information, passwords, card numbers or any other content that could identify you or someone else.
Only insert content related to the functionalities of this app.
The app includes AdMob in order to show personalized Ads. In particular, "Google can use the advertisment ID
of the device where the Ad banner is shown, in order to generate interests and demographic data.
The interests, the demographic data and other data can be used by Google to publish banner targeted for the user".
Remove your data and content:
I do not collect any personal information that needs to be removed.

ImmaginAI: Terms and Conditions
I (emavisuals) built the ImmaginAI app (the app) as a free app. This app is provided by me at no cost and is intended for use as is.
ImmaginAI is an that can be used to generate digital images from a given text input (prompt).
You will need to type and share a text input in order to use the app and generate the image. You are not allowed to use or generate any post banned, illegal, racist, violent or offensive image.
The app and its creator are not responsible for any content that you generate, nor how you will use said content. The model usual delivers content corresponding
to the descriptions given as a prompt, but this is not guaranteed.
I, the creator of this app, reserve the right, in my sole discretion, to modify, limit or discontinue any aspect and functionality of Subscribers Explorer at any time.
You cannot sell, modify, copy or alter in any way the app and its functionalities, nor delegate someone else to do it for you.
The app is not affiliated with any other product or service.
You may not, whether by yourself or anyone on your behalf:
copy, modify, create derivative works of, adapt, emulate, translate, reverse engineer, compile, decompile or disassemble
any portion of the content on the App and any other information, documents, material and data available
on the App in any way, or publicly display, perform, sell or distribute it without our (the creators) prior written consent. This does not apply to the images that you generate by using the app,
but you need to respect the CreativeML Open RAIL-M license used by the model in this app. You are responsible for the images that you create!
